Proving that it is a feedback and not a forcing... unless you want it both ways (you do).

It could be one. It could be the other. It could be both. Climate is devilish complicated because sorting out cause and effect is very hard.

Funny thing is that the paper in question said that the feedback/forcing issue had to be sorted.

Obviously it is not nearly settled. I await the latest papers.
