Not one floating seat cushion or piece of insulation washed ashore yet, so far as we know.

It is also interesting that this tragedy occurred so near in time to the annexation of Crimea, and diverted attention from that event. FSB or GRU pulling the strings of a penetrated Islamist terror cell?

Unlikely, but as I said earlier, all theories on this are unlikely, including the one that is correct.

Were there any Russians aboard? Putin wouldn't mind a few less Chinese. If electronic mis-direction were involved, this would take an organization with some tech savvy and some reach to deliver it.

Given that they never found Amelia Earhart with a smaller search radius after all this time, it doesn't look good.

There is pretty good evidence they found Emilia. They are going back again this year I think to check again for the aircraft.

So, based on the ratio of the two search areas and the length of time to find Earhart, how many centuries will it take to find the airliner?

A senior official of the company who spoke on condition of anonymity said the weight of the batteries was less than 200kg. However, he declined to elaborate on what the remaining 2,253kg of cargo was composed of, saying that he was not authorised to do so because of the ongoing investigations into the missing aircraft. The company has been told by its solicitors not to disclose details of the cargo.

What is even more surprising is that the company that produced the batteries is also not named. Neither NNR nor Malaysia Airlines (MAS) were willing to identify the manufacturer, saying that it was highly confidential. At a media conference on 24 March in Sepang, MAS CEO Ahmad Jauhari Yahya said MH370 was carrying 200kg of batteries.

Ah, yes, reputable airlines on the other hand would not be shipping volatile cargo on a passenger jet. Other airlines, hard to tell what they would do.
Counting the days to commercial fusion. It is not that long now.
