So how come nobody wants to talk about Willard
"Tony" Watts and his Wacky Website, about to be replaced by a detailed admission he was lying and global warming is real. The judge sounds sympathetic to that and likely to recommend really high punitive damages if the defendants don't admit to lying publicly, loudly, and for a long time. I would say making them admit it on their websites for five years is justice.
We need a directorate of science, and we need it to be voted on only by scientists. You don't get to vote on reality. Get over it. Elected officials that deny the findings of the Science Directorate are subject to immediate impeachment for incompetence.
