Keep in mind that the paper was based on neutron fluxes on the order of 5X to 20X those of a fission reactor.

The questions are the same (re pB11) however the amounts will be about 1,000X less due to the lower neutron flux.

Shouldn't be a show stopper. I can't see any requirements more extreme than those for a gen IV high temp gas cooled reactor. I read the reference made concerning recycling. I don't think that's a major difficulty either. I seriously expect there'll be changes in alloy composition over the coming decades that would make recycling unfeasible anyhow.
