I usually get my vacuum news through semiconductor processing mags. This is better.

Vacuum Technology and Coating Magazine is was superior to any other magazine with regards to vacuum technology and thin-film materials processing. I have been reading this pub since 2002 and do not read anything else with regards to vacuum technology.

Their buyer's guide is quite comprehensive as well.

Ditto to that. I discovered it when somebody got it at one of the place I worked at and didn't read it. I picked it up and wow. I've used as a reference ever since.
