a polywell chamber will be much simpler because the magnets and the guts can all be mounted on flanges and the rest can be mounted on standard feedthroughs. That Tokamak design looked overly complicated and had, tom my min way to many joints and flange surfaces along with water where I would not want it if I could avoid. Put I'm a particle accelerator guy and what do I know. Keep it small, keep it simple, keep it cheap is my motto when vacuum is involved.

I thought it was interesting from the stand point of BOE calculations.
Nothing beats getting a quote. Until then though there are some real numbers for estimation. We can always spend the savings on more vacuum pumps or more diagnostics.
