Interesting. Very, very interesting.
Of course, considering the network issue I'm attempting to figure out right now, all I can think of is "Oh great! Now I won't just have to worry about 'where is this packet coming from?' but I'll also have to worry about '
when is this packet coming from?!'".

OR MORE IMPORTANTLY why it arrived when it did.

If you know when it arrives, that means you will have changed the data by observing it.
