I understand the life expectancy of Venus landers is typically limited by heat, not corrosion.

I'm not aware of any industrial process that can be used to provide CVD on huge panels of steal like ship hulls. Also, making copper 100X more resistant does not mean it makes most materials significantly resistant enough to justify the expense.
Would be good to find out about both these things.

Hi everyone. New poster here, found the forum from my research in Bussard, electro-static fusion and similar subjects.
When I saw this one of the immediate uses I would naturally like to experiment with is a graphene coating in the grid of a Electro static fusor. Due to its high strength and incredibly low electrical resistance would it not make a perfect material to take a new look at an old design?
Hoping for thoughtful replies.
