Completely unrelated, women interested in polywell and posting on this forum immediately become attractive. Sub-clause a) there is no age limitation on this statute.

I actually kinda hope ITER is successful at or exceeds all the goals with less than billions more $. But I would still pull all government funding from it and leave it to the private sector.

NIF is a defense research program, ITER is a plasma research program. To me both have very little chance of ever leading to economic fusion reactors. So the question does not have an answer.
