q2 status report

i like the sound of "has demonstrated excellent plasma confinement properties. "
from my experiments with the sims the mag field strength was a huge determinant of plasma confinement, so this is in line w/what i saw in my sims.
(though conversely higher field strengths also made it tougher to get electrons _in_. but then again i'm not really sure how important it is to really have very many excess electrons circulating, anyways.)
