I have noted many times that PXL-1 exhibited a huge ability to store electrons dynamically, evidenced by a very energetic event one day when I turned off the magnets too early.
I said at the time that it had acted like a large capacitor, but one that worked on particle flux, or, in other words, a flux capacitor. I offered to install it in Dolly's Maserati, but they did not take me up on it.
It would not have worked with garbage, due to outgassing problems.
