That is correct. I think it was on the Space Show or on the Google Fusion talk I herd Bussard say it was Cohen who keept it all alive and under the 'radar'.

This is good news. For those who haven't followed the link, this will be at the SPIE Defense and Security conference in Orlando, March 16-20, 2008.
Does anyone here think they could go? I'd love to hear a report on the Admiral's speech, but I don't think I can make it myself.
