The neutron economy is terrible. Li6 supply is constrained and the devices are huge. Plus they are thermal devices.
And a funny thing he says is that you can't do fusion on a table top. And then goes on about cold fusion.
His ignorance is breathtaking. He glosses over the problems. My guess is that the talk was about building a market to extract $$ from rubes.
Oh. Yeah. 2030 is his target date. I guess he hasn't heard about ITER delays.
