This will not be good for polywell.

Probably doesn't do much good when you can get hits searching for "nuclear space fraud".

Please forgive me if I am missing somthing, but I do not see any connection to polywell/Bussard whatsoever.

Shrug. These overbilling cases pop up all the time. Polywell isn't close enough to being a viable space propulsion system for this to matter for us.

It's not even a Navy contract. I wouldn't worry about it.

neither do I. Thats a NASA contracting fraud issue. nothing to do with EMC2 or US Navy.
