Which is another way of saying that toks are unstable unless under-driven.
Absolutely stable is only solid state.
And there is not any possibility of creation of absolutely stable at any conditions plasma machine. We can talk only about certain "stability" area.
And for TOKAMAKs namely Troyon limit defines such a stability area.
If to talk about your beloved Polywell, absence of scaling for 8 generations machines says about being all those out of stability area. And such an area was not found at all because theory absolutely is not developed.
Statement "stable because convex field" was popular in early era of fusion researches but was not proved ever. Though many concepts with convex fields was checked during that time. They are forgotten today, while TOKAMAK concept is still alive.

Amazing what billions $ of stolen cash can do to keep a loser going. Notice that no one is working on toks with their own money. That should tell him something. It won't, since he can't hear anything that slights his god-tok, but it should.

God-tok? No, but god-true.
And true is that a little bit more than you knowledgeable people do not bother about billions spent for TOKAMAK concept development.
Now South Korea and Japan are going to build their own toks also spending billions. Why not admit even on a second that your emotional and irrational concern is based only on belief/disbelief and not on knowledge?
While apriory decision making people have appropriate knowledge.
