PRESS RELEASE: Industrial Heat Has Acquired Andrea Rossi’s E-Cat Technology

This just out!

Industrial Heat Has Acquired Andrea Rossi’s E-Cat Technology

RESEARCH TRIANGLE, N.C., Jan. 24, 2014 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ —
Industrial Heat, LLC announced today that it has acquired the rights to
Andrea Rossi’s Italian low energy nuclear reaction (LENR) technology, the
Energy Catalyzer (E-Cat). A primary goal of the company is to make the
technology widely available, because of its potential impact on air
pollution and carbon dioxide emissions from burning fossil fuels and
biomass.

“The world needs a new, clean and efficient energy source. Such a
technology would raise the standard of living in developing countries and
reduce the environmental impact of producing energy,” said JT Vaughn
speaking on behalf of Industrial Heat (IH).

Mr. Vaughn confirmed IH acquired the intellectual property and licensing
rights to Rossi’s LENR device after an independent committee of European
scientists conducted two multi-day tests at Rossi’s facilities in Italy.

The published report by the European committee concluded, “Even by the
most conservative assumptions as to the errors in the measurements, the
result is still one order of magnitude greater than conventional energy
sources” [referring to energy output per unit of mass]. The report is
available online at http://arxiv.org/abs/1305.3913. In addition,
performance validation tests were conducted in the presence of IH
personnel and certified by an independent expert.

Since acquiring Rossi’s technology, IH has engaged in a broad-based effort
to protect it by preparing numerous patent applications related to the
core technology as well as associated designs and uses.

Tom Darden, who co-founded Cherokee Investment Partners, a series of
private equity funds specializing in cleaning up pollution, is a founding
investor in Industrial Heat. He is one of a small group of like-minded
investors who are supporting this technology because it could
significantly address a number of social and environmental challenges.
They have committed to make it broadly available because of its potential
for impact. IH is considering partnerships with industry participants,
universities and NGO’s to ensure the technology is developed in a
thoughtful and responsible manner.

JT Vaughn manages Industrial Heat. He is the founder of Cherokee McDonough
Challenge, an accelerator for environmental startups, and a leader in the
startup community in the Research Triangle.

Companies or organizations interested in partnering with Industrial Heat
should reach out to JT Vaughn at info@industrialheat.co.

Thanks for clarifying why I dismiss your fantasies.

BTW, Rossi is full of shit.

I noticed that you have had nothing to say about his "safety certification" lies.
He was finally cornered enough he had to come clean and admit he doesn't have them. Of course, he failed to address the many times where he claimed he had them...

It is a shame your mind is twisted to the point that reality has no meaning for you. You buy into anything that feeds your fantasy.
The entire idea of objective and critical thinking is completely beyond you. No wonder you have gone no where in your life.

Keep seeking validation. Eventually you will die and it won't matter, just like you.

Digital Journal reports on Industrial Heat deal with Rossi

See:

The advisory committee is a remarkable collection of talent. See -

http://cherokeechallenge.com/team/

This gives Rossi a lot of credibility and capability. Now this is no longer about Rossi, but about Cherokee

This will doubtless impact these various industries and markets. Rossi has broken into the business community; he doesn't need the science theocracy anymore; well he never did really.

This is CLASSIC!

The article claims the decision to buy rights from Rossi was based on the "success" of the now infamous non-third party, completely biased Levi test last year.

These guys are idiots!

CLASSIC! ROTFLMAO!!!

Thanks Axil! You made my day again!

I am going to be laughing FOR DAYS!!!!

You do understand that these people make their money by "investing" other peoples money.

Cherokee Investment Partners, for instance, specializes strictly on redeveloping contaminated properties. Industrial waste sites , land fills with the intent of turning them into residential property

My impression is that once the funding sources for these guys figure out that Rossi is full of shit, Rossi's life expectancy is going to drop significantly.

Calling a scientist a fraud could be defamatory.

Accusing a scientist of conducting his research fraudulently, manipulating his data to achieve a predetermined or political outcome, or purposefully distorting the scientific truth are factual allegations. They go to the heart of scientific integrity. They can be proven true or false. If false, they are defamatory. If made with actual malice, they are actionable.

It is my firm opinion that Rossi is full of shit.

I would be happy to see Rossi in court defending that he has "not told lies". He has clearly lied. Over and over.

Rossi has "threatened" law suits over and over. But none yet to materialize over several years of threats.
Don't you wonder why Rossi never goes to court, but insists on the threats? If he was not interested, why make all the threats?

Anyway, it matters not. I am allowed to have my opinion. In my opinion, Rossi is perpitrating fraudulent acts for his own gain. Such as having others sign legal documents for him using a fake signature. This has been demonstrated.

Don't you ever wonder what happened to the 14 1MW units he "sold"? Now he says he is doing R&D as the product is not ready for sales. Yet it is still for sale. How can that be? Where is that "secret military customer"? Don't you think they have had enough time to evaluate the 1MW(s) they supposedly bought and took delivery of? Don't you think they would be buying them by the truckload now if it were real and viable?

You can believe what you wish, cool-aide helps you with that. Drink more.

I believe Rossi is full of shit and it is going to come around and bite him.

To be totally fair, he is not really a Doctor. He is the italian version of a long track Bachelor's , which may kind of translate to a light Master's. Is it a terminology mismatch.

Yes he is. He was awarded a PhD. That is what the University says anyway. I suppose you know better.

Likewise as you and your troll friends know everything already I won't even bother post the link to the report of Blacklight Power's demo yesterday, nor comment on the significance of Industrial Heat LLD's purchase of the rights to Rossi's E-Cat.

Did they get to see inside Rossi's black box? Or do correct calorimetry?

It's as if the more Rossi's schtick draws skepticism, the more he is credible. Non sequitur.
