Re: Factor X have we finally found the fountain of Youth?
Look, our human bodies, at the base level, are simply biological machines. They only do what they're told to do. There's no reason why it couldn't be made to repair itself with proper instructions.

Re: Is a Purely magnetic (NO CABLING) Space elevator possibl
So... something like this? http://www.researchgate.net/publication/256117863_Experimental_realization_of_magnetic_energy_concentration_and_transmission_at_a_distance_by_metamaterials It's "better", but not quite a "laser" like system. But still, shows that you can use two systems (one "generator", o...

What in the world? These asshats who ratted him out act like they're doing the world a favor?
Sounds like Nazi freaking Germany to me, where your neighbors rat you out to the authorities...

Re: OBama tries to kill the A-10
The A-10 has a lot more missions than just a tank killer, though it's really good at that. You want a plane that can fly low and perform close air support? It's your plane. It can take a beating and still fly, which is getting to be more rare for modern planes.

Re: Another mechanism demonstrating superconductivity w/carb
Yasushi Kawashima lodged a Patent back in 2009 on this very same "discovery" so I'm thinking 4 years without replication is a bit odd for something so "revolutionary"... Patent US20110130292 ...but it does seem easy enough to replicate. Just seems weird that Kawashima has been so quiet about it unt...

Ok... isn't this something someone would want to reproduce? I mean, it's simple enough isn't it?

Re: Another mechanism demonstrating superconductivity w/carb
The described procedure and results sound like compelling evidence of bulk superconductivity. But the mili-Gause fields from the ring don't suggest much current. I'm sure the current was low and kept low to prove out the concept, but could be increased via engineering if it was proven out to be a v...

Another mechanism demonstrating superconductivity w/carbon
http://scitation.aip.org/content/aip/journal/adva/3/5/10.1063/1.4808207 I believe this is the 2nd (maybe the 3rd) type of experiment that is similar to Johan Prins' work with superconduction near a graphite surface. If you recall, Johan extracted electrons outside the surface of a n-doped diamond su...

Re: they want to own our bodies now, I guess?
No, my point was the the orientation of these people was conservative, not their party association. And this law is stupid. People should be allowed to do these things if they want to. This does not hurt anybody. It is simply because the people that signed the law dont like it for some stupid reaso...

Re: Voyager has left the solar system (for reals this time).
My dad is involved with one of the instruments on Voyager... they hadn't been sure they would see anything when it left the heliopause so their instrument's readings were not normally mentioned as one of the primary data points to be watching as evidence of passing the heliopause, but he just analy...
