The really rich have all the money in a family trust anyway. That way they live in riches without having to pay much income tax at all. I'm sure this is true, but who cares? There are just not many people like this and they have no effect on the middle or lower class. The money they have has alread...

The highest tax bracket in Austria is also higher than in the US. So I am slightly confused how this is supposed to wor...

So I cant really see any class warfare going on. Actually not true, the rich payed a higher % of all taxes after Reagan, and they have b...

The occupier of the white house has made many statements which would support the interpretation of hostility towards the successful. Including the quip to Joe the plumber about spreading the wealth around, and open support for higher taxes on high income earners. He has never, to my knowledge, made...

Companies don't pay taxes, never have, never will. Companies write the tax check, but where does the money come from to back those checks? Consumers and labor, if there were no corporate taxes, goods and services would cost less and wages would go up. Replace all taxes in their current form and repl...

Wind and solar at their very best can only supply a very small fraction of the power needed by any modern country. If there is a battery break-through, the fraction will be much smaller. The root problem is energy density, both have very low energy densities, so no matter how good the technology get...

I'm developing a data center right now that requires 9 megawatts of critical load, that means I need 90 of these units @ $750,000 ea for a total capital investment of $67,000,000. The building in it's current configuration with 7 back-up generators cost $33,000,000 to build, and electricity here in ...
