Energy Matter Conversion Corporation is still listed as the registrant for the emc2fusion.com domain:

http://www.networksolutions.com/whois-s ... fusion.com
Temperature, density, confinement time: pick any two.

squatters that sell domains at a premium price, you can look at their for sale page for the names that are like it.

Not yet worth starting a new thread, but http://www.emc2fusion.com has gone from the previous "Directory Listing Denied", and then "This site is temporarily unavailable", to
This Site Is Under Construction and Coming Soon.
Let's see, where did I put that website change interval to p-11B alpha count correlation function?

Interesting observation, but it could just be whoever runs the server doing some housekeeping, maybe upgrading the system that handles parked domains in a way that changes the default message.

I'm reasonably certain this isn't a squatted domain - they refer to "Energy Matter Conversion Corporation" explicitly in the whois record, so more likely it was actually registered by EMC2, parked and just never used. Network Solutions is a pretty well known domain registration provider.

Folks,
You all are talking about two related but seperate ofganizations.

EMC2Fusion.ORG is the site for the not-for-profit research organization set up by EMC2 to obtain funding after the Navy shut them off about 5 years ago. If you look down at the bottome of the EMC2Fusion.ORG site you will see a statement about emailing to rick@EMC2Fusion.COM. Since I wrote an email to said eddress and received a response, I know that that site WAS at one time owned by EMC2. What has happened since is a good question.

We know that. We are just reducing our carbon signatures by recycling .org-relevant electrons/magnetic domains for chat about .com.

When .com really shows a change we'll take the carbon hit and start a new thread.

It seems that .org and .com have both been down for over a year now. So what do you make of that?
Imaginatium (ih-ma-juh-ney-tee-uhm) -noun
Ubiquitous substance, frequently used as a substitute for unobtainium, when it is unavailable. Suitable for all purposes.

AFAICT, .com has NEVER been up. They have a URL for email and the like but have never had a page, at least not one that is obvious and open to the public.

Just ran across this. It is a bit out of date though.
