Sticky, the great indexer

Post by vernes »

Asuming this subject (polywell) will hopefully hit a media hype somewhere along the way, would it be a good idea to create a sticky post (reply disabled) where all the worthwhile links to information sources are posted?

Starting with basic information about electronics, magnetism.
Increasingly complex subjects like plasma physics last.

This might (slightly) decrease the number of double threads.
And serve as an excellent centralized reference... index?

Threads can get pruned or forgotten, but the links from those threads can still be found. (links to certain important posts might proof useful)

Just n idea

Have you seen Joe Strout's page?

http://www.strout.net/info/science/polywell/index.html

It does contain a good index, and the links are good.

Great link!

and while that page holds all the links that might be needed, the next forum visitor will have to search for the right words to find it as well.

This is why a sticky might be useful.
