My take is that it is not even on the radar nationally. For the simple reason that it will not pump or absorb much cash.

Well, I think it's time to dig this topic up again.

Anyone change their minds in light of recent economic data? Even MSimon seems to think the Obama stimulus is gonna just make things worse. Does polywell even have a place in all this?

FYI, I really enjoy this guy's writing. Methinks Simon would, too.
