There are more cannabinoid receptors in the body than any other type of receptor.
Sounds like more targets for randomly injected cannabinoids to mess up.

Well maybe. But that stuff was used for medicine for 5,000 years knowing much less than we know today about it.

Here are some folks applying current knowledge to medicine: http://classicalvalues.com/2013/02/cbd- ... -analysis/

And of course the NIH currently has thousands of links on the subject. Which it seems drives some of our friends here into a frenzy. I am amused. I never knew science to make otherwise sane people so angry. Makes ya wonder.

Yes. I covered that here a few days ago. What is amazing is that it explains human rigidity of thought after age 25 which was the point I was making here. What is also amazing is that the commenters are more knowledgeable on the subject than the Doctor is. You did read the comments didn't you?

Here is a case of a 7 year old being given cannabis oil to combat the nausea and other side effects of treatments for childhood leukemia. And it is working.

I have some videos there of people using the cannabis oil to treat cancer. The NIH says it can prevent metastasis among other things detrimental to cancer cells. I also link to a video of how to make the cannabis oil.

You will have to paste the below link in your browser to get it to work right. Eighty articles for Dr. Manuel Guzman. Not all on cannabinoids though.
http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed?term ... annabinoid

Heart surgeon Dr. David Allen considers cannabis an essential nutrient for heart health.

I might add that I'm working to make endocannabinoid a household word. I want to put this whole subject on a scientific footing. If for no other reason than to make a certain few here howl. I enjoy making people scream. Plus if it is an issue for the 2014 campaign I think I can hurt the Republicans. Yeah I'm an evil b'tard. Or maybe they are:

The endocannabinoid system is a major regulator in the body implicated in almost all diseases including cancer.

Medical Marijuana prohibition is a crime against humanity and a violation of the religious precept - heal the sick.

Simon,
Once again you totally dismiss a link that clearly argues against your position. And you do so by invoking the expertise of the "commentors", who in your opinion "know more" than the Doctor that did the research. Of course the fact that the commentors are clearly pro-drug advocates does not matter in your view. If you had posted the link, I would not have followed it. Just like I read only your comment in regard to the link, and not your other alienating spam.

You should get a clue about how well your pro-drug preaching is being recieved here now. Multiple propaganda posts, limited reads, and zero comments.

Take it elsewhere. It is boring. If I could figure out how to block you on those topics, I would do it.

It is too bad, cause on other more sane topics, sometimes you are very interesting. Unfortunately, you feel you must drive every discussion towards your pro-drug nonsense. It really does seem you are unbalanced about it. I really hope it is all an act, driven by some weird sense of theater, a need to perform like a bear on a ball in a circus. You know, 'Look at me! I am unaturally balancing on a ball! Woo-hoo!' But even the bear knows it will have to get off the ball, as the position is untenable in the long run. Surely you are smarter than a circus bear?
