Given China's propensity for hacking military and government computers in the west, this device holds out the opportunity for retaliation if a usb port or ethernet connection is available. Think combination stuxnet worm and dairy industry milking machine OS. The motor accelerates out of control and there's no release until the 15 gallon minimum, further opportunities abound if the device is webcam equipped. Especially in combination with short selling of the companies stock before the worm is discovered.

Of course, with the addition of a coin-op/credit card reader and government demand for new revenue, this device is sure to become a common sight in such places as monasteries, high schools, bars and restaurants, airports and military installations.

Just imagine the minds of the engineers who conceived of it, were there women on the design staff, what were they thinking about on the job all day?
