In addition to the letter mentioned earlier, 23 former astronauts have also sent a letter (pdf) to Sen, Barbara Mikulski (D-MD), who is the Chair of the Senate Appropriations Subcommittee covering NASA, and Rep. Frank Wolf (R, VA), who is chair of the House Appropriations Subcommittee over NASA, a letter in support of full funding for Commercial Crew Program (CCP):
