Evil is evil, no matter how small

Poison is dose dependent.

Going around cutting people up is evil. Unless you are doing surgery.
Engineering is the art of making what you want from what you can get at a profit.

Nope.

Radiation in large doses is evil. In small doses it improves immune system function.

Look up hormesis.

So small evil can actually be good.

I remember reading something like this about xenon once. Lung cancer rates actually go up below a certain level. Hard to believe, but true.
