The poll leaves out the question - how many would actually badger their representatives to change budgets to match their alleged expectations.

Comment made by the people who had showed the poll results to several Congressmen: They want to know the poll results for their district.

The poll sample was distributed nation wide, and of course the sample size in any district would give a statistically meaningless result.
