The web site referenced in the PDF is in Chinese. Maybe this technology has been classified by the People's Liberation Army. That would be the sensible thing to do if it works as claimed.

What good would that do? NASA has samples.

I doubt that they lose everything. But who knows?

Considering they're about to lose massive amounts of funding, I doubt they will sweat the Lunar vids...
