Probably couldn't understand this if I did read it. It was pointed out on another board as a reference on wikipedia though, assuming density issues mean a Polywell couldn't actually work.
I'm really not inferring that directly, especially since info about the size of their machine is buried in the paper, and as I understand it, that's the key of whether this would mean what they claim, that it kills Polywell.
