Not clear whether this will be a MagLIF experiment or not. Notice the reference to "pre-warmed plasma", which makes me think it's at least being zapped with a laser, so why wouldn't you add the axial B-field for good measure?
This sounds more like an exercise in how to decontaminate the testbed than anything else, but the fact that they're willing to deal with the certification issues ought to be encouraging.
