The more the better.
Competition will drive down the prices and hopefully kick out the likes as Boeing and ULA.

I wouldn't mind Boeing or ULA being involved, as long as they can stay competitive.

I personally prefer them to disappear from the rocketry industry.
They had huge chances to actually improve this industry in the 25 years or so that they had privileged and monopolistic position, yet all they improved was in the field of pork barrel spending.
