I found that Elon likes Kerbal Space Program from that AMA. Of course, most of us KSP players consider him to be playing Human Space Program.

There is a cool interview with Felipe Falanghe where he tells how his idea for Kerbal came from his childhood homemade rockets experiments near São Paulo, and that he is lucky he never lost a limb)
