Yeah, old news. We already have a thread on this and there is discussion in several others (like the Dark Horse Trifecta thread).
Unfortunately the technical information in that video is very sparse and there has been not further information published that I am aware of :(

I was just watching a show on PBS and it was talking about how all the tech company's were going to India to to engineering development and start up. They had a list scroll by and one that stood out was EMC2. Do not know if it is polywell or some other tech computer company with the same name. It just caught my eye is all.
I am not a nuclear physicist, but play one on the internet.
