YOUR COMMENT IS IMPORTANT BECAUSE OPENS THE GATE FOR THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION:
THE TESTS OF THE THIRD INDIPENDENT PARTY HAVE BEEN COMPLETED YESTERDAY.
I DID NOT ATTEND, THEREFORE I DO NOT KNOW EXACTLY THE RESULTS, THAT

OF APRIL. I MET THE 11 PROFESSORS AND EXPERTS THAT MADE THE TESTS AND
THEY WERE VERY POSITIVE. ONE OF THEM TOLD ME ” WE GOT EVIDENCE THAT
THE ‘ EFFECT’ IS REAL BEYOND ANY REASONABLE DOUBT”. I COULD NOT GET
MORE INFORMATION, BECAUSE THEY NOW HAVE TO ELABORATE THE DATA TO
PREPARE THE PUBLICATION. ALL THE PROFESSORS SAID THE TEST IS GONE
WELL, VERY WELL. THE LAST TEST ENDED AFTER 120 HOURS OF UNINTERRUPTED
OPERATION OF THE REACTORS ( THE NEW GENERATION OF HOT CATS IS MADE BY
A TWO STAGE SYSTEM, MADE WITH AN ACTIVATOR WITH RESISTANCES COUPLED
WITH A KIND OF CHARGE, WHICH ACTIVATES THE E-CAT WITH A DIFFERENT
CHARGE). THE EFFECT IS STUNNING, WE SAW IN OUR PRIVATE TESTS, AND HAS
BEEN REPLICATED BY THE THIRD INDIPENDENT PARTY.
NOW WE PASS TO THE INDUSTRIAL ENGAGEMENTS: WE HAVE TO DELIVER OUR
PLANTS BY THE END OF APRIL.

Umm.... Rossi says, the professors told him it all went very well. 11 of them.

UPDATE: Rossi reports that one of the testers told him: ” ” What we have seen is too important, must absolutely be published”. Also, in reference to the new design of the hot cat, he states: “Basically, we have no more a reactor or a cluster of reactors, but each reactor is coupled with an activator: let’s make this model: the activator is the Mouse, which makes the Cat run. The Mouse has his own COP which is more than 1, the Cat is a surprise.”

As the morons point out, it will clearly be Rossi's fault if the third party paper, over which he has no control, doesn't get published when the trolls want it.

Out of morbid curiosity (because I really should defer to Mr Clemens as well, but just had to ask this), does Rossi name any of the eleven professors that participated in the replication work reported on a few posts above? Or are they "professors, respected in their field" and thats all we get to know about them?

For those that can't read (a fair number on this thread) Rossi says he signed an NDA about who is doing the tests. He does not say all 11 testers are professors. The professors come from three different universities.

Hard to imagine anything will get published in only three weeks, so the trolls will probably get a chance to fill up more pages with rubbish. They will of course ignore that Rossi said he has no control over where or when the paper will be published.

It is quite an irrational decision to publish a creditable verification. As soon as it remained as "Rossi says so" it did help to keep the breakthrough under the carpet for a longer time. Once it gains a credibility, it invites a lot of unpredictable complications undermining the investments; unlikely people around Rossi do not understand that. Most likely, verification will not be too creditable. Besides, what gain may have "involved professors" from this verification; few knows the names of Rutherford's assistants - it is not not a very motivated role... most likely the marginal part of academia may be involved so, do not expect a top credibility from this publication, the irony is that it may satisfy both parties. Anyway, if technology does work it will prevail...

How do you control portion size and watch your weight?
I found parallel's, and kite's posts so entertaining that I eat way to much popcorn.
I do hope that mid April does not mean during the MASTERS because I might miss it then.
