Dear Dr. Rossi,

glad to know that your R&D with UNIBO is going to start soon!

Have you performed any preliminary test in front of the customer of your first 1MV plant yet? I’m asking as i presume they wanted to see something before October, if yes how did the test perform? what was the average I/O balance?

Warm Regards,

Dear Mr. Rossi,
if some of the small websites who have supported you for the last 9 months apply now for invitations to your demonstrations, could you confirm their requests so that they have time to arrange things.
Best Wishes.

WARNING TO ALL OUR READERS:
I AM RECEIVING THOUSANDS OF REQUESTS OF INVITATION TO VISIT OUR PLANT. FOR OBVIOUS REASONS OF SECURITY WE CANNOT RECEIVE MORE THAN FEW PERSONS PER VISIT. THE START UP TEST WILL BE RESTRICTED TO FEW SCIENTISTS AND SCIENTIFIC JOURNALISTS. THE TEST WILL BE PUT ONLINE, TO ALLOW EVERYBODY TO SEE IT. FURTHER VISITS WILL BE ALLOWED, BUT IN A LIMITED NUMBER AND RESERVED TO SPECIALISTS AND CUSTOMERS. I AM VERY SORRY TO SAY THAT FOR SAFETY AND SECURITY REASONS IT WILL NOT BE POSSIBLE TO ADMIT ALL THE REQUESTS OF VISIT.
IN ANY CASE THE PRODUCTION AND DISTRIBUTION OF OUR HOUSEHOLD E-CATS TO THE PUBLIC WILL BE MADE SOONER THAN EXPECTED, SINCE THE APPROVALS WILL BE FASTER THAN EXPECTED. VERY IMPORTANT NEWS ON THIS ISSUE ARE CLOSE TO BE MADE.
WARM REGARDS,
A.R.
And you will all have to buy plane tickets to Italy...but you don't know that yet...

I will take a break. But hte next series of Rossiquotes arefom mid September where we see him suddenly have teh 1MW unit in Italy (no explanation, as it was built in the US...), many references to what was his R&D garge to being his facory now, and also refernces to shippin gthe 1MW to the US from there. Which woul dmake no sense given it should've started in the US. Amazingly, hardly anyone picked up on this point...

Then we see Rossi neglect mentioning once his secret US customer for over a month, and suddenly pull the mystrious Colonel out of his pocket.
Nor does he further discuss the secret closed door testing that was to have happend with the US customer in the US in a secret location before the October testing.

During this time, Rossi was short tempered and testy, and at one point claims "big problems".

The other slight of hand is how he fends off and misdirects the entire University Research topic, bluntly casting it aside. No UoB, no Uppsala.

Nobody ever asked Rossi when the 1MW (made in the USA) arrived in Italy. Nobody ever asked him to show the customs forms or shipping documents to prove it. I have a strong feeling it was never in the US, and US factories have never existed.

But, again, more to follow.

Dear Casey,
Nothing amusing, it has been very dangerous. But one amusing anectode I can tell. When we bought the factory to make the first prototypes and the tests, in Bologna, I have been given a wrong address to go to visit the factory, so that I have gone in front of the wrong building. It was 12 a.m., the time during which in Italy they have the lunch break, so that all the workers and the employees of that factory were outside, just in front of their factory, strolling , chatting, you know…
When I arrived with an assistant of mine I started to say, close to them, so that they could hear: ” oh. this factory is perfect for me…you see, there, where are the offices, we take away all that stuff and put there the reactor…there, where is the accounting office, we will put the system to work with the powders… and so on, until around us gathered all the employees of that factory, tremendously worried and one asked: ” Who the hell are you? Are you saying that we are going to lose our jobs?” I didn’t know what to say, I thought they already knew, until arrived a guy saying to me: “Rossi, this is not the factory you are buying, you got a wrong address!”
Warm Regards,
A.R.

Thanks ladajo,

Rossi's greatest invention.

He has invented a method of instantly transmuting words into bull shit!

And, apparently the COP of this invention is going up all the time, unlike the plunging COP if his ECat.
Stick the thing in a tub of water! Sheesh!

I seem to recall that the October demonstration was supposed to be streamed live, but that may have just been something Rossi's excitable fans dreamed up. Though from the above quote, the confusion was understandable in that case.

Difficult to take seriously somone who advertises online tests but will allow neither friendly universities, nor interested NASA staff, test his device.

Rememer ORBO?

Well, I'd have to say that Rossi gave equitable treatment to NASA, the University of Bologna, and his online fans. And it's not like his fans knew any of that stuff back in mid-September. Heck, back then I had some hope that Rossi might expound on his new theory soon after his big demonstration. In hindsight, it has become clear to me that any time someone asks Rossi an interesting question his reply is always something along the lines of "I can't talk about that now because it would reveal too much".

Sorry to break into all the Rossi bashing, but I thought this interview with Brillouin was interesting:

Not so much bashing as reviewing his statements against reality.

Like for instance:

Going from multiple factories building Ecats in the US to no factories in the US, and the current "I am building a robot factory in the US in a secret location in Miami".

Or,

Building multiple 1MWs to building one 1MW (in the US), to a magically appearing 1MW in Italy for no apparent reason (DGT went away, and US Customer as initial buyer) after multiple statements that 1MW was sold to US customer, to 1MW not yet accepted by US customer, etc.
Amongst all that, no explanation or sense in "shipping" 1MW to Italy so US customer could see it run, and then shipping it back to US...

Of course no-one asked him to prove he shipped it, and to provide copies of the customs forms. they just accepted that it made good sense to build it in the US for a US customer and then ship it to Italy for an "acceptance test" (which had been previously claimed to be unneccessary), and then ship it back to the US for installation in the Northeast. Why not just test it in the factory here, or even at a third location, and then install it at the customer? I mean, given that he already claimed he was installing it at one point, only to later find out it never moved...hmmm. Maybe it never moved in the first place...

So, maybe there never was any US factory, maybe the 1MW was never made here in the US, and maybe there never was a purchase. And maybe the 1MW is still sitting in the garage in Bologna.

Funny how the only photos/videos ever showing Rossi Ecats are in the garage in Italy, especially since they were all suppossedly built here in the US.

Funny how Rossi has no trouble at all shipping admitted (and then not) gamma radiation producing devices internationally at will.

Funny how Rossi stated many times that necessary certifications were being handled by the secret US customer, only to end up recently claiming that he is the one doing the UL certifications (strangely) right after visit from Florida Bureau of Radiation Control (whom he told that there were no US factories, and no Ecats in the US, after claiming for a year that he had been building Ecats only in the US.

Also funny how he directly claimed R&D and testing with University of Bologna and Uppsala for a year, then only to say it was still pending when someone bothered to ask them.

Then to claim NASA affilliation (un-named at first), then meeting with them, and then claiming they would work together (after the meeting), but now it is public knowledge that he went to the meeting with Nasa thinking he would pay for them to independantly test Ecat for him and publish the results, but leaving the meeting after he demanded they pay him 8 figures to be able to test the Ecat and not publish the results, and obviously them saying no. Funny how none of his supporters looked at the timeline of claims/meetings/events.

Funny how he states over and over that he will not work in Italy because of bad blood and history, and a deep love for america, and now he is saying he must. Could it be related to be called out here in the US by Florida BRC, and also finally realizing that getting a real certification will be real work and he will have to have a real product? And that the product will be tested independantly, rated for efficiency (as per the law) and results made public by UL?

Maybe he has finally found out that there are pesky regulations in the US such as 10CFR31 and 32 that he would have to comply with if anything he has said about his Ecat is true regarding reactions.

Maybe, because his device does not do what he claims, he can no longer
avoid explaing why these regulations and certification processes can be avoided?

Maybe for fun, someone should count up the number of lawsuits he has claimed to have initiated over the past year as well. I really loved that at one point he claimed that, "all my factories have cameras and microphones installed with full coverage for security purposes" after a claimed "fake patent examiner" visited his Bologna garage, and then denied the patent.

We shall see if LENR is what is may be.

In the mean-time, Rossi is and continues to be a documented proven liar.

Not bashing, just a review of reality and facts.

Feel free to go back over the multiple pages of Rossi quotes I have posted and take issue with anything I have said.

There is no doubt that Rossi plays fast and lose with the facts, misdirects, obfuscates and also lies on occasion. I think he is a strange guy who is at least paranoid. I don't think this is news to many.

The real question IMO is what should we infer from his personal traits vis-a-vis the E-cat and more broadly for the other growing list of LENR players (Brilluoin, Defkalion, Miley, Piantelli, Celani, etc.). I guess I'm content to wait for some of these to play out rather than infer anything right now from Rossi's behavior (however well documented).

That is why I make a point of separating LENR from Rossi.

Rossi is full of shit.

LENR is what it will be. And in that Ecat will be what it will be. Although to date, Ecat has been suspect in its demonstrated capability. Is that a function of Rossi, or Ecat? Dunno. They are not one in the same.
But whatever Ecat is or is not, Rossi has not been helpful at all in clearing it up.

It is unfortunate that Rossi had to associate himself with LENR. I do not think it has been helpful at all.
