Rick is indeed the person that has more info at the moment about the possibility of getting a working Polywell.

I think that the fact that they didn't find useful to attend this conference can either mean that they know to have a lead in respect of other teams or that they already discovered that the Polywell has bigger issues than we thought.

Place your bets gentlemen, the results will come sometime in mid 2011.... maybe.

Heh, I guess that beats "partly under construction." Sure wish we could tell whether they've gotten WB-8 neutron counts and confinement data yet.
n*kBolt*Te = B**2/(2*mu0) and B^.25 loss scaling? Or not so much? Hopefully we'll know soon...
