Depends of what you think of the "final" box being ticked off on the last report.

If you think they did it on purpose, all it means is that they used up the allocation of Recovery money, and therefore are no longer bound to report. If that is the case, and the doors are still open in San Diego, it merely means that they have other funds available. If they close up shop, then we all know what that means.

Project Status More than 50% Completed

There are 3 types of recovery projects: contracts, grants, and loans.

I wonder if part of the contract includes a 100% completed report, and the final report checkbox could be in reference to quarterly reports only? Has this option been discussed?

Well, they never checked it before, so I doubt that it refers to the quaterly report.

They've never been on the final quarter of reporting before either.

Well :explicative:

http://www.recovery.gov/FAQ/Pages/Recip ... rting.aspx

about half-way down the page. You guys are right - they don't intend to report again if they checked that box.

Dude, if I worried about my spelling and typing skills, I would have done myself in long ago. I embrace my inability. :D

Maybe, but it is also explicative. He did "analyze and develop (an idea or principle) in detail". Maybe I should delete this and then it would be an explicative deleted! :D

The way I look at it; they know confinement is excellent, Dr. Park has committed himself to the company, the money runs out at year end, the high powered pulse tests should deliver the final verdict. After this, they either go black box or tell the whole world.

If they tell the whole world, its either success or failure. If the verdict is failure, its either a real failure or a bluff to conceal the black box program. If we hear nothing, its gone black so we know it works. If they say it works, it works.

So if it works, we have a 3/4th's chance of finding out. If it fails, we have a 50/50 chance of being mislead.
