This does not give me a warm fuzzy.
They are playing with fire.
Hopefully (and I think more likely) there is not much to this.
They filed, and goofed it, or it was late, or something. Maybe Rick was busy with initial power ups

I agree, is not a good indicator.

I was also monitoring the late reporters lists, but they have not yet been updated with the late reporters for the past quarter.
Than there is also the list of the contracts that do not have to report at all, but for now it looks like is limited to those contracts under 50K US$ grant.

Maybe someone should ping Dr. N. via the EMC2FDC web site.

Don't know what to say. Doesn't look good.

Completely out of character for Dr. Nebel, from what we know so far. I will give him the benefit of the doubt. There is doubt though.

Don't think so. We were late finding it. And we (ok, I) expected it earlier; internet instant service and all!

OK, so it's gone beyond China Lake, beyond Area 51, beyond the underwater base off the African coast. It must now be located at the Luna farside facility.

They sure to be experts in one thing by now at least .... moving the lab, seem to spend a lot of time shifting around.

The (D-D) neutron counts keep going higher and higher... Luna is the best place to avoid injury lawsuits AND keep the Deep Black options open.
