P00024 is up (9/11/2014), $300k, ends on 4/30/2015. Looks like a repeat of P00022, though spread out over a much longer period.

raelik,
Thanks! I had stopped looking. Now the completion date has been moved to 4-30-15 which is a complete surprise to me. Buy-time for EMC2 to get new backers? Very nice.

Again, thanks!

To update the file with published research resulting from the project? That is my guess to put a good face on bureaucracy of the Navy, perhaps Ladajo knows.

Yet another update P00027, but this time with $293,828!
Date Signed (mm/dd/yyyy) : 05/04/2015
Effective Date (mm/dd/yyyy) : 05/04/2015
Completion Date (mm/dd/yyyy) : 09/30/2015

Nice to see that EMC2 is still getting support from the Navy. The completion date has moved to the end of September, so I guess we will still see more updates ...

Given the trickle funding this past year, I think we may see some changes in how the project progresses.

What do you mean?

Nevermind, I just saw your post in the SpaceX thread. My fingers are crossed, but I am not feeling as hopeful as I did a few months ago.

I really don't know how things will turn out regarding funding. However it turns out, I suspect navy money is a low likelihood.
It truly is sad to think that such a promising effort is not at the forefront of resourcing.
We spend so much money on stupid shit, waste, and just plain uninformed decisions it is just downright criminal.

The f35 comes to mind and the fact that the DOD is the only federal department that has never passed an audit.
