I think the last line is a bit optimistic. There could be a number of intermediate stages between "promising" results and a full up WBD. For instance, there is still the oft argued WB9 that is EITHER a break-even machine OR the demo.

MSimon has often suggested a ~$10M-$25M project using a recycled MRI machine. That could also happen if the results are merely "promising". Tokamac results have been "promising" for several decades now.

Now if the results are VALIDATING...

That's a fair criticism. I would emend the text to read "promising enough" and perhaps add an "eventually" before "go on", but it's largely out of my hands at this point.
