the guys from Reaction Engines Ltd (the ones from the Skylon project) claim to have created the best heat transfer ever, which is to be used on their SABRE Engine, which is the thing that would make Skylon possible. Of course... their system is ultra-secret.

Thanks everyone. For Polywell, I'm mostly interested in non-boiling water heat exchange to protect the superconducting loops. I'm hoping we will not need to use boiling water for power production, but hoping doesn't get us much...
