Re: 10KW LENR Demonstrator?

Saturday january 15th Sergio Focardi and Andrea Rossi will make a press conference online about the presentation of the 10 kilowatt module reactor: with 100 of such modules is made the 1 MW plant in construction. So how big are these 'modules'? The nuclear signatures that can be expected when conta...

You keep pointing back to confinement being an issue, whilst the project has moved on. Why? Confinement of energy? Confinement of magnetic field? Confinement of electrons? It could mean anything ( but confinement of a thermal plasma?). Confinement of all data and all test results of course. I'll gl...

The biggest question mark for Polywells right now is most likely transport. ...that and a total lack of any new information. Amongst our weaponry are such diverse elements as: fear, surprise, ruthless efficiency, an almost fanatical devotion to fusion, and a total lack of any actual information.

On a separate note, any guesses on how long it will take Rick to update the the EMC2 page to show they moved to San Diego? My other question is if anyone credible is in San Diego and can go knock the new door? Perhaps they didn't announce the address change since they would prefer to avoid having P...

He suggest that Q scales at power 3 of the radius instead of Bussard idea that Q scales at the 5th power of the radius. He than proceeds to estimate a reactor size of 150 meters for Break even.... 150 Meters for break even? A truncated cube with coils roughly 1.3 times larger than a football field?...

Re: Tri-Alpha recent patent reject.

The USPTO is no longer taking 'fusion energy' as something that can be easily claimed [any more], so it seems. So it seems. And good for the USPTO for finally taking a stand.... They need to prove that what they are seeking a patent on either already exists and has a working model that proves their...

Read the Communist Party platform of 1932. Read the Democratic Party Platform of today. Show me the difference. Should be a fairly short list. Was last time I looked. Cool. Now that we are solidly into discussion of totalitarian regimes, I believe the next step is somebody pointing out that <group ...

Chris has a valid point though, simply "rolling up" graphene poses huge difficulties. It may well be it can't be so deformed at all, but would rather break. Unless I am missing something, arn't carbon nanotubes essentially tubes of rolled up graphene? No. Graphene is a one atom thick planar sheet. ...

Can I ask how you know better that these scientists without having done the experiment yourself? Are you a chemist? You are claiming that the researchers cannot find a cause to the excess heat. Then, you argue, that because they cannot find the cause of the heat, then it must be from hydrinos. This...

In my mind, it's just too convenient that they need a catalyst to drop an electron to a lower energy level. That means there is no natural de-excitation from the accepted ground state to the "lower" one. He had to come up with an explanation of why no-one has ever seen any emission or absorption li...

I doubt anyone is going to get net power from something smaller than a (very expensive, nine figures or more) reactor. If the latest batch of fusion efforts fail to produce net power (yet again), there is of course the very real fallback position of getting energy from reactors based on the thorium...

All these guys on the board that truly does read like a Fortune 50 company, are involved in fraud? Bernard Madoff used to be chairman of the NASDAQ stock market....
