Another post by GoatGuy. Pardon me, but since the calculation is Lorentz invariant, aren't all conservation laws satisfied? Why does he keep saying this? I'm fine with energy equivalences... so far the universe whether relativistic or newtonian (which are but a continuum), has shown itself to be rem...

Goatguy post in new thread: Hmmm... to me, the single most important mega-civilization use of such Conservation-of-Momentum violating devices, when they come out in pretty-high-force-producing models ... would be to move the asteroids around creatively. I mean think about it: if you could plant a th...

Pharis Williams' approach seems to offer ease of testing with its inductive coupling of electromagnetic and gravitational fields, but I suspect his gravitational rotor test-stand device is inappropriate for directed effects. I have to admit, I don't really know much of anything about Williams' appr...

He didn't however get the thrust magnitudes he wanted because the MLT is not set up to generate sufficient bulk acceleration. I was reading Nembo's SPESIF paper on mach effects, and he suggests using ferromagnetic materials to produce a strong bulk acceleration: "In an attempt to get the best of bo...

GIThruster, Do you know if Dr. Woodward is going to include a chapter on criticism in his upcoming book? I don't think that would be a bad idea, especially since you can't find a formal response to more recent claims of thermodynamic violations (and other criticisms made by Sarfatti and Zielenski on...

From what I can understand, Goat just doesn't accept the premise that the M-E is a non-local gravitational/inertial interaction. He constrains the "system box" to the device, and not the entire universe. That's why he's getting conservation law violations. If he was serious about this criticism, he ...

NBF has picked up the latest update on the M-E
http://nextbigfuture.com/2012/07/latest ... qus_thread
Goatguy is still claiming the M-E violates fundamental laws of physics. Oh boy.

Jim publishes every year through STAIF and SPESIF. If someone with Tom's credentials wants copies of those papers, I'm sure Jim would supply them. It's important to note though, that neither of these are peer review journals. They're just professional conferences so the level of scrutiny is not nea...

New NBF article on the M-E http://nextbigfuture.com/2012/05/tom-mahood-describes-working-on-mach.html and new GoatGuy rants, of course. I don't really pay attention to what he says. If any of his arguments had merit, then I'm sure someone in the past 20 years would have published something about th...

Yes. Twenty+ years of effort and the measured effect is zeroing out instead of amplifying, in defiance of theory's claims? Not good. A shame. Ah well, next idea? These devices are actually pretty difficult to get working right. It's not surprising at all that there have been null results and inconc...
