Tom, well said.

After reading your post I had this thought:

I wonder if, under the Doc's new project in NM, it will be conducted under a publishing embargo too.

One way is to use heating/condensation or distilling which should leave behind all the minerals in the sea water. This in effect is removing the Boron from the seawater.

So the basic idea is to create a system were every electron is used. Very important theme, IIRC Bussard talked about WB7 & WB8 being 3 to 5 times better than WB6, I think he may have been infering that the 2 tweaks that the truncated cube and dodec represent, should reduce electron losses further, ...

I thought the Polywell IEC Fusion machine did not need magnetism or heat to drive the device??? I thought it was all done electrostatic. Well the entire core is magnets... http://i38.photobucket.com/albums/e101/FogerRox/180px-Polywell_WB-6_complete.jpg they help eletrons form the well, the well acc...

2 cents with a guess

What happens when you combine 50Kev emitters shooting electrons.. with a MaGrid.... The MaGrid is positive to the wells' negative, and the MaGrid is operating at what level charge ? Once sufficient electron density occurs, the MaGrid and the well push back at one another, equilibrium occurs, the wel...

Desalinization is something the DOC mentions & will be very important in the coming decades, of course (lol) Boron is found in sea water.

Will the B10 explode if bombarded by neutrons?
PB11 fuel for a polywell would be a gaseous form, no? B2H6 .. ?

Di-Borane gas ...... ?

Maybe if I strike a match......
