There is also the issue that the argument being made does not argue for Anthropogenic Global Warming (AGW). It's an argument for Climate Change--as there is no mechanism described whereby the proposed change in climate is wrought by human affairs. The article mentions overfishing as one possible ca...

Estimating plankton population by directly correlating it with the transparency of the sea is really nonsense. Apart from the obvious error induced by the operator, you can do that type of correlation only in very few particular conditions, and only with set of data that have identical basic indica...

I don't know why you would assume that this all ends when they reach their deadline. It has been going on in one form or another ...

My money is on dud. I think there may have been some merit at the beginning, but the secrecy and smokescreen tells me this is just a sophisticated swindle of the US taxpayer.

Well, I've had about enough of this. I'm going to start complaining to my representatives in Washington about the government funding private green field technology development, particularly in view of the controversy concerning whether or not it can work. The people on this site who have advanced ar...

You are incorrect. You may be entitled to SOME data generated at a government lab, and you may be entitled to SOME data that is purchaced via a government contract but you are NOT entitled to proprietary company information, period, end of story. If you don't believe me, take it to court. Good luck...

That is their point. They believe that ARE entitled to the info. It's more than a belief. It's a fact. You are incorrect. MSimon Confinement time. Electron circulation. Density variations. Natural frequencies. etc. Oh sorry, I didn't know EMC2 had published that data for the WB-7, do you have a link or point me towards where I could start looking? So let me put it to you: why aren't you raising funds for an open sourc...

suppose Nebel wants to talk contrary to navy wishes/contractual obligations. The us navy would cut his funding and he`d be forced to seek funding from elsewhere. Nebel would secure his R&D funding in a heartbeat if disclosure of WB7 results do indicate success. But the whole idea(helping mankind et...

2) While you are permitted to travel where you want, that right is limited to public property, and is further constrained by the national interest. For example, do you think that right permits you to freely walk around on nuclear test ranges? How about the Lawrence Livermore national laboratory? NA...
