Re: Recovery.Gov Project Tracker
Nice finds guys. Can you think of anything we would look for in terms of hardware for a p-B11 run? Maybe better ion guns? I think they would still be the first fusion reactor type machine in which p-B11 has been done (iirc the others were accelerators)... Someone should drive by and look for discard...

Re: 10KW LENR demonstrator (new thread)
I would agree with your demo/test definition and that the recent DGT was clearly a demo (I don't think they even claimed anything else). However, the last examination of the Rossi hot-Cat comes much closer to being a "test" than you intimate IMO. It did happen on Rossi's premises (extensively for I...

Sounds like this is what they'll be demoing: Direction two is the licensing of rights sold on our completed product; the Hyperion (45 kW of thermal energy in a self-contained 45x45x45cm box fully automated with internal software and heat management system). http://defkalion-energy.com/business/ Magi...

Defkalion webcast officially confirmed Thanks Axil, interesting Rossi quote there: "This event means that for the first time an E-Cat is not built by me, not checked by me, not loaded by me and not tested in my factory, but assembled by third parties to our instructions and knowledge, it worked pr...

Big bonus if you get a shot of a Defkalion employee with some sort of induction heater up their sleeve. 8) To deserve a bonus is not so difficult. If to explain that some excess heat over electric heating without any doubt goes from chemical reaction of formulation of nickel hydride. Rossy told abo...

Will anyone be in Austin, TX in early August? http://www.ni.com/niweek/ This is where Defkalion has reportedly been telling everyone they will do a public demo. They're also giving a paper at this, apparently: http://iccf18.research.missouri.edu/ David Copperfield has been hailed by audiences and c...

Re: 10KW LENR demonstrator (new thread)
I for one am pretty excited about what Rossi is doing lately. He is studying positron emissions from lightning storms and how it relates to LENR. Additionally, he is exploring nanotechnology for putting tiny ECATs into home appliances. Finally, he has assigned members of his US team of scientists t...

Re: 10KW LENR demonstrator (new thread)
parallel -- Well, that's not so impressive, really. I think most people here could do the same with a working understanding of the principles involved. I would say what Suppes did was probably more challenging technically, and what the EMC crew is doing even more so. But that's what the history of t...
