Wasn't there supposed to be some sort of new years 'deadline' on these capacitors? There never was an official delivery date, mainly a leaked conversation from Weir saying he expected to deliver in the fourth quarter. There were several broad hints that delivery of an EESU would be before the end o...

Their data may be so close to the noise floor
That seems highly unlikely. How much the permittivity goes down with voltage is really the only thing under dispute, and here we are talking about orders of magnitude, not something that might be confused with noise.

All this boils down to either they are very lousy fraudsters or they think they have something real...
It is certainly a funny way of going about fraud. Spending money on the project and not looking for any more investments...

Giorgio,
money will pour on you from every place to solve the 90% engineering issue.
You must work for the government if you think money will solve everything.

Manufacturing is just an engineering issues.
If you have a 90% reject rate, "just an engineering issue" doesn't quite hack it.

I see someone took a 1/4 million dollar bet on it this afternoon, so I'm not lonely.

mvanwink5,

LM is not the only evidence, but none of it is truly solid. I just feel it adds up to something, but could well be wrong.

I gather mainly from http://theeestory.com that there is increasing evidence that the EESU is real. I think if it were not, we would have seen quite different body language from Lockheed Martin at their recent press conference. LM managers were not allowed to comment directly. As most know, year end...

Weir & Nelson applied for this basic patent in March 2006. The attached pdf file shows Nelson’s answer to the patent office dated Nov 6th 2009. http://www.theeestory.com/files/11369255_2_.pdf In his response, under oath, he states that they discovered primary particles of composition modified barium...

Clifford is still apparently expecting delivery by year’s end… "We're in the same waiting game as everybody else," says Clifford, founder and chief executive of Toronto-based ZENN Motor Company Inc., Clifford, who is waiting for EEStor to deliver that first commercial unit by the end of this year, s...

I just skimmed the pdf file. Not obvious why a lot of these experiments were done, unless it was just curiosity to see what happened. It did show that Carl Nelson has worked in areas like the EESU for a long time and has considerable scientific knowledge.

It seems that Zenn is still confident about the delivery date. "Just so there is no debate about this, I also reached out to Zenn spokesperson Catherine Scrigemore to see how definite the companies agree this deadline to be. "EEStor has publicly indicated an objective of delivering functional techno...

I thought it unlikely that Zenn could make an electric car profitably without a much larger partner. The stock market doesn't think much of Zenn's current move. I am hoping that the timing was influenced by Zenn having some inside information about the timing of an announcement by EEStor or delivery...

It seems that EEStor has requested UL certification. Still no proof of anything, but another indication that the EESU is real. I am now sufficiently persuaded to have gambled a few bucks on ZENN shares. "We have received a request to certify EEStor's product," said Priya L. Tabaddor, PhD, Global Ene...
