I have neither the time nor the inclination to educate you, but as an engineer I have done that on several occasions. The thermometers used in previous demonstrations were not capable of this. Let's have a look whether you have the time and inclination to answer my other uncomfortable questions. Th...

Because the primary circuit is supposedly a closed loop, this energy will not be lost. Instead, it would reduce the electricity consumption for heating. If it's closed, the condensate should be received by some sort of a reservoir where the pump can pick up. The residual steam from the primary loop...

It is easy to measure water temperatures to 0.1°C If I pick i.e. this fluke thermometer, error is ±[0.05% + 0.3°C] PLUS ± 1.1°C for the probe. This goes twice for 2 thermometers. Do not mix up resolution with accuracy. So yes, a dT of 50°C would be more comfortable to measure. http://www.fluke.com/...

bk78 If the current is only being drawn at the voltage peaks wouldn't the total power be less because the duty cycle would not be 100%? The clamp amperemeter MS2102 displays the AVERAGE current. (For the Digimaster DM 201 the expression "TRMS" is not mentioned, so I suppose it measures average, too...

* Having an AC voltage of 231V and a current of 11.4A does not neccesarily mean you have a electric Power of 2.6kW. If the current is only drawn at the voltage peaks, the average voltage at that current is about 40% higher. The circuitry for this is extremely simple. * Mats says, the output/input ra...

I tried to find another source for the output for the iraqian calutrons and found something equivalent. I edited my above post. I did not say that the nickel in the rossi reactor has to be pure 62Ni, but it is this isotope (and 64Ni) that is claimed to take part in the reaction. The energy to remove...

I played a bit with my calculator. If 62Ni+p->63CU yields 6.1MeV, one needs 1g of 62Ni for 2.7MWh output. From another source about the iraqi nuke program: "But to produce one gram of uranium enriched at 3.5 percent (which is the type of uranium needed by a nuclear power plant) through the electroma...

Kiteman, before you call electromagnetic separation easy, take a look here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Calutron Some excerpts: "It is estimated that calutrons built in Iraq by the Baath regime of Sadam Hussein required about 140MW for 90 calutrons." "Lawrence's optimistic conclusion: by the fall o...

Besides the talking and the periodic sound from the pump(?), it is silent when he walks towards the end of the hose, but you can hear a lot of bubbling when he walks back. The last "burp" comes at 4:06, and after that it is silent again. @Dan: When the temperature is around 100 degrees, power increa...

Regarding the Ny Teknik video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=x8SeOteFPtM Turn up your headphones and listen carefully to the sequence between 3:05 and 3:10 and then again between 3:38 and 3:48. Do you notice the difference? What is Rossi doing at 3:45? Why was the water in the bucket not hot (it sho...
