GIThruster, i remain troubled by the specific charge that there is a math error right in plain sight at the beginning of Woodward's derivation. I am clearly not a physicist but this charge, and specifically that it stems from incorrectly setting Phi as a variable has been leveled by numerous physic...

Out of curiousity, and I know this question is subjective to some point, but practically speak, at what thrust measurement should we say "Yeah, it works" exactly or that it's background/error? To add to what GIThruster said, Jim's experimental protocol is exemplary. He exhaustively goes through eve...

For instance, the ability to generate negative mass seems to imply we can build warp drives and wormhole generators, since both of these require negative mass. If Jim has worked at all on warp theory, he hasn't shared it with anyone. I suspect it will wait on future physicists (not too far future) ...

Jack is like several others who have a vested interest that Jim's theory be wrong. If what Jim has works, then people won't take others like Jack much seriously. And to be plain about it, it's a wonder anyone takes Jack seriously at all. For many years, people have been explaining to him how to tes...

After reading several of Jack's arguments and debates with Woodward , I'm seriously starting to suspect that he either does not want to understand mach effects or just likes to start arguments for fun. I mean, he still does not understand what phi is after Woodward has explained it dozens of times i...

Yes, I saw it. I think this is a new spin on Mach's Principle that was not necessary and one has to wonder why they don't reference the guy who has been advocating Mach's Principle for the origin of mass these last two decades. Almost seems they never did a lit review. . . I hate when that happens....

There was a new comment in the mach effect forum at physicsforums.com http://www.physicsforums.com/showthread.php?p=3672009#post3672009 Apparently, this person worked with John G. Cramer on the "mach guitar" The idea is that a the mass of the piezoelectric material changes with the square of the rat...

the gravity probe experiments prove that gravity conforms to the GR model, its a result of mass which deforms the timespace metric. the plus side of this is that it supports the argument for mach effect thrusts and warps. How does GPB support mach effects? From my understanding, the WMAP result (wh...

GeeGee, I have an open offer here for anyone who wants to be included in such private communications to shoot me a private note. Send your name, a couple sentences about your background and interest, and your email address; and I'll forward them to Woodward to get you included in his private mailin...

I am surprised he is the one presenting the concept. I've seen some of his e-mail exchanges with Woodward on his website and yahoo group page. He is insufferably arrogant and is quick to dismiss other peoples ideas as "not even wrong." He claims Mach's principle has no mathematical formalism and bas...

I don't think that anyone from Woodward's group attending, but there is one extremely well known physicist attending who has committed to recommend M-E work at the symposium, as well as to several of his billionaire friends interested in the 100YSS program, and to DARPA. In fact, he's calling for a...
