It is also notable that BFR has the capacity to LEO to launch multiple payloads that include kick motors. Such a configuration would allow the payloads to reach high orbits and perhaps some degree of plane change maneuvers. Added payload complexity is the downside of course.

And time required to recover and re-launch is much lower. It will take a great deal of time to recover and return the second stage of the F-9 to the launch site.

Just googled "length of falcon 9 first stage" and got 47.7 meters with interstage. That's ~156.5 feet.

I second that. NEVER let yourself believe that the simulation is reality. They are much more helpful after experiments, used to discover where the current understanding of reality is amiss.
