It would be interesting to find out who's funding the Tibbar tech. Maybe it's emc2? Anyone have any ideas on how to find out? If it's a government contract it should be easy.

Yes, but he knows everything about the current state of Polywell research. All the results, all the numbers, all the theory, everything we don't know. RFP paper

Nebel's paper is up from the conference. Doesn't look like the work of a man with a great deal of faith in the future of the Polywell.
